About Me

My mother was a painter and I grew up in her studio where I ultimately became her apprentice when I was 15 years old. My Grandmother was a collector and I was exposed to a vast collection from a very young age. She also had a connection to The Art Institute of Chicago, where I spent much time and eventually attended their summer art program.

I went to Rhode Island School of Design where I excelled and had the honor of becoming the teacher's assistant in my senior year. Family needs required that I distance myself from art for some years but I began working and showing again in the early 2000's and continue to produce and enjoy creating to this day.
